The Business Summits that were part of Tech Week included 5 conferences hosting 50+ international & local speakers, discussing tech related topics. This year Luxoft Training joined more than 1.600 business professionals and took part in the Business Summits dedicated to HR as well as .Net and Java.
This year’s participation confirmed to us that as technology is starting to impact every facet of business the need for technical specialists (programmers, software testers, product owners, business analysts etc) has increased. Moreover this need is now common to all companies no matter which industry they are active in. We had the opportunity to talk with representatives from banking, telecom, finance, accounting, just to name a few, and the challenges were the same.
Another interesting trend we discovered is that an increasing number of professionals are thinking of making a career change and becoming programmers, software testers or business analysts because they have seen that the number of positions available far surpasses the number of specialists out there.
So if you are thinking of making a career change or sending your IT specialists to further develop their skills check out our training portfolio and schedule.
