- Iulian previously worked in various sales related roles - salesman, sales supervisor, sales manager and branch manager. He made the switch to training in 2003 and since that time he held various positions in this field - internal trainer, freelance trainer, training manager or HRBPs Coordinator.
Iulian is certified by Life Orientation training methodology (LIFO) – he became the 3rd user in 2008 in Romania. He is also certified by Human Synergistics, Learning International and NLP.
