- Mihaela is a QA automation engineer and has a great deal of expertise in working with Python and Jenkins - implementing various projects involving automated testing and process automation.
Previously she worked as a telecom engineer involved in troubleshooting RAN technologies and equipment, automation in alarm handling and Python scripting. She was also responsible for troubleshooting major incidents, KPI degradations and VIP costumer complaints on Ericsson RAN equipment. And due to her experience she facilitated troubleshooting trainings for the Front Office engineers.
Mihaela has a Master’s degree in sound and image engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in telecommunication network and software. For Luxoft Training she delivers our Python courses. - Key areas of expertise:
