- Konrad has a Master of Science and Engineering in Information Technologies and has professional working experience in Poland, Germany and the USA.
His professional career started with a software developer role. Following that, he discovered the advantages of Agile Methodologies which resulted in certifications in Professional SM and SAFe. During these last years Konrad has been working as an Agile Coach, Project/Program manager and Team Manager in Germany. He has been supporting teams and organizations in delivering great products as well as helping with transformations related to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Fascination and experience in Agile Methods (Scrum, Kanban Method, SAFe) allows him to work successfully in various environments.
Konrad is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) with over 10 years of Agile experience delivering SAFe trainings (Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe SM, SAFe ASM, SAFe PO/PM, SAFe RTE) as well as supporting organizations in the effective implementation of SAFe. - Key areas of expertise:
