- Konstantin has more than 25 years of experience in software development, 10 of them spent as program and project manager. As a project manager he was responsible for coordinating software development and support projects (up to 3 simultaneously) and he managed teams of up to 30 people distributed in 5 locations. Konstantin was in charge of all aspects related to project management (scope, time, resources, risk management etc) and was tasked with directly communicating with client representatives (both technical and management).
His career also included a role as a Head of department for an international banking institution where he supervised department staff (experts and project managers) and activities in order to ensure success of delivery – development, support, stability of production environments and compliance with corporate policies.
Konstantin’s professional history has allowed him to gain practical experience in project management, supervising large teams in an international environment – this allows him to quickly adapt and tailor content, examples and information in order to maximize training impact.
