Last week Bucharest was host to Bucharest Technology Week one of the largest IT&C events in Romania, which reunites technology enthusiasts, thought leaders and specialists for one week of gatherings across the city. This year the event focused on 5 main areas: innovation, HR, sales, Java and PHP. Each one with its own dedicated Business Summit targeted towards discussing various tech related topics.

Luxoft Training took part on the day dedicated to HR in order to get a better feel for the challenges that HR Managers and Training Managers have when it comes to the IT&C area. Over the last few years the evolution and increased use of technology has meant that companies have had to create and grow teams with a focus on IT&C no matter what industry they activate in.
