As a result of our efforts our Requirements Lifecycle Management course has been certified by IIBA as meeting the standards of the latest version of the Body of Knowledge of Business Analysis v. 3.0. The BABOK® Guides represent an essential standard, helping practitioners and their stakeholders deliver business value and create better business outcomes. It is the most credible and authoritative source of knowledge and practices for business analysis.
The new version expands the scope of business analysis and offers direction and support for professional involved in areas such as agile, business intelligence, information technology, business architecture and business process management.
Due to this certification all participants that take part in the course receive 16 hours of professional development needed for the professional certification in business-analysis (CBAP).
The Requirements Lifecycle Management course is designed for business analysts and systems analysts, who need to understand how to gather the necessary information about the customer’s business and requests in order to create a high quality solution, within a reasonable amount of time. The materials used in the training are based on materials from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA.com), specifically the BABOK® Guide, and focus on one of BABOK’s Knowledge Areas, namely Requirements Management and Communication (ВАВОК Chapter 4).
