Managing Multinational Teams
The aim of this course is to provide participants with an understanding of the main aspects of intercultural collaboration. We will explore cultural differences and learn about the mechanisms behind them. As a result, each of the participants will develop competence in leading international projects and building successful long-term intercultural relationships.
