Description
Our strategy analysis course is based on the most recent version of the BABOK® Guide and brings real world examples which illustrate how business analysis works. We talk about the tasks that must be performed in order to identify a need of strategic or tactical importance, enable the enterprise to address that need and align the resulting strategy for change with higher and lower-level strategies. Participants will also take part in various practical exercises to get a hands-on experience of how IT strategies are developed.
