Olga graduated with a degree in "Computer security" and has been working for Luxoft since 2007. During this time, she participated in a number of projects for several foreign customers as a leading specialist tester, test designer and test lead.
She has a great deal of experience in the field of testing, defect tracking, test design development and test data. Olga is also a natural at working with requirements and test documents’ review, preparing test design assessments, planning test design activities and testing support. In addition to her technical responsibilities she also handles the monitoring and training of new employees.
Olga's started teaching in 2003 and since 2013, she is a trainer for Luxoft. She is involved in preparing and conducting trainings and regularly facilitates her own course "Introduction to SQL for Testers".
