As in the previous two years we decided to take part in this event in order to have the opportunity to interact with decision makers and professionals from the IT&C industry - one of the key industries helping shape the future of our world. We met with HR and L&D specialists looking to find out how tech could help them win the war for talented people, how to increase their employees’ tech savviness and also how to keep those employees around after having recruited and trained them.
Due to our market expertise as a provider of trainings the area of software development we are well aware of how important it is to maintain a competitive advantage and we have been helping both companies and individuals do this through the services that we offer. We also took the opportunity to talk about some of our future projects such as employee technical assessments and our new line of Atlassian trainings.
Our key takeaways after the event is that organizations are becoming more aware of the need to properly train their employees to both improve their current skills as well as add new ones. Moreover, there is no focus on a particular training area – in our discussions with various participants the subjects ranged from programming languages to databases, software testing or Agile.
